Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + Commission scheme - OTE £50k+

Summary

Reporting to the Director, the Account Manager will create long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (2-5 depending on size/value), develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

* Developing strong relationships with customers

* Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

* Dealing with client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers

* Liaise with cross-functional internal teams

* Constantly striving to improve the entire customer experience

* Attending client visits UK Wide as and when required

Requirements and Skills:

* Ideally 3+ years' experience working in an Internals Sales role, Account Management or broadly similar.

* Energy, passion and enthusiasm are key to success in this role and environment.

* Experience in call handling, outbound and inbound (25+ calls p/day)

* Demonstrable ability to communicate, build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

* Ideally some experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
