Finishing Foreman - Stillorgan

Company Overview:

A nationally recognised Main Contractor having successfully completed hundreds of projects across all ranges of the Construction Industry in both the Public and Private Sector across Ireland. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Finishing Foreman.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finishing Foreman for our Client. This is a temporary position (6+ month contract). This role would be best suited for an ambitious and highly driven Finishing Foreman. The successful candidate will join their team in Stillorgan and report to Management.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist others when required, as directed by management.
• Looking after the snag list and finishes on the residential project.
• Maintaining site diary - recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
• Implement all Health and Safety policies on site to ensure highest standards are maintained.
• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
• Resolve any emerging issues.
• Prepare and present progress.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years' in a Finishing Foreman position.
• Commercial project experience.
• A background in Trades.
