We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative, global insurance firm looking for a Learning and Development Executive. In this role, you'll lead onboarding and training for new hires, deliver performance improvement coaching, and support key change initiatives. This position is ideal for a confident trainer dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead onboarding sessions for new employees on products, systems and processes

* Provide coaching and support for performance improvement

* Design, update and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules

* Report on training and CPD metrics

* Stay informed on industry updates and compliance, sharing insights with the team

Requirements:

* Strong communicator and motivator

* Experience in a training role (1+ year), with confidence in group presentations

* Skilled in adapting training to suit diverse needs

* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload
