Development Designer - Junior or Graduate

* POP/POS/Retail Display/Shopfitting industry experience

* 1-2 years industry experience required

The Role
Our client is now looking for a motivated Development Designer fresh out of university or one who has just completed a placement to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a flair in design and development, with a focus on creating functionally robust solutions. As a Development Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality deliverables.

Skills and Experience

* A proactive thinker and an efficient doer

* Able to react and problem solve

* A good team player

* Proficiency in SolidWorks

* Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* A full UK driving licence

* Technical knowledge and experience relevant to retail store fixtures/fittings or retail POP displays

* Highly advantageous if you have other design skills or experience in other areas
