Who are they?

We are working with one of Manchester best luxury concepts for a search for their Executive Sous Chef. With a stunning food and beverage offering and restaurant and bar, the venue is also popular for some of the most exclusive private events in Manchester.

What will you get up to?

·Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including rota, pay-roll, orders, stock take, etc.

·Training and developing the brigade.

·Attending operations meetings in absence of the head chef.

Your DNA

·Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel.

·Passionate about culinary trends within the industry and Manchester scene.

·Meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering excellence at every opportunity.

·Experience with banqueting operations.
