Senior Quantity Surveyor Glasgow

One of Scotland's leading M&E Contractors are looking to recruit a senior Quantity Surveyor in order to support their growth and expansion plans. The contractor has gone through an unprecedented period of growth and is currently working as a sub contractor with some of the largest Tier one contractors in the UK on some of the highest profile projects in Scotland.

Projects include student accommodation, hotels, schools, offices and leisure complexes with M&E packages ranging from £5m to £11m.

You would be responsible for 3 to 4 sites at a time with a total value of circa £25m. You would also have a Quantity surveyor who would report directly to you and in turn you wold report directly to the commercial director.

Ideally you will be working for a M&E contractor in a similar role or as a Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up. Surveyors working with a main contractor who have worked on projects overseeing M&E packages would also be an excellent match.
