O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Manager for a commercial project in Manchester. The candiate must be able to supervise the finishing aspects of the project, snagging and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:

* Work alongside Site Manager & Site Team

* Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion

* Prepare necessary snag lists.

* Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors

* Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards

* Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team

* Reporting to the Site Manager on Health & Safety, site logistics, progression of work.

Requirements:

* As a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager you will ideally come from a trade's background and have a minimum 3 years experience carrying out a similar role

* Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

* Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.

* Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines

* Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
