Cogent Staffing are working with a leading automotive parts distribution company based in Barnsley S71, who are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
Package
* Full time 45-hour contract, 8.5 hour days.
* Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm
* Additional 5 hours on alternate Saturday in accordance with the rota.
* Salary between £26,775 and 28.5k, plus access to bonus scheme
Main Purpose of Job:
* Provide our customers with excellent customer service and deliver their product requirements via Telephone & Sales counter.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out.
* Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers' requirements.
* Communicate our fantastic offers / promotions to our customers.
* Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.
* Primarily local branch based
* Be part of the team that represents our company and maintain our high standards and company values.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* An excellent team player with a desire to succeed.
* Motor Factor Sales Experience
* Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills.
* Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites.
* Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.
* Passion to deliver top class customer service.
* Numeracy and literacy.
* Professional Manner.
* A smart personal appearance.
