Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a permanent basis, site-based, UK Wide.
As a Site Manager your duties & responsibilities will be:
* Day to day management of site operatives, subcontractors and site work
* Development and implementation of Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments
* Identify training requirements for site personnel
* Ensure full compliance on projects with all Company procedures and current legislation.
* Client liaison including arranging progress meetings, pre-start meetings and client audits.
* Identify and resolve design issues raised on site.
* Planning and programming of current and future works on site.
* Subcontractor monitoring and auditing.
* Deliver complex High Voltage projects across multiple sites
* Compilation of documents and As Built records for handover files
* Support Senior Team with all reasonable requests
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
* Strong Site Management experience.
* Experience in the Construction, Power or Energy industry (or similar).
* CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme
* Competency to work in Substations up 400kV is preferred.
* Knowledge of NEC contracts
* Knowledge of current legislation relating to Health, Safety and Environment
* Full driving license
