You'll play a key role in optimizing processes, boosting efficiency, and driving projects that enhance productivity and quality at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineering teams
Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles
Oversee budgets, timelines, and capital projects
Implement predictive & preventative maintenance strategies
Collaborate across departments to introduce new products smoothly
