A national, Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy in London is seeking a bright and ambitious Building Surveyor to join either of their residential or commercial teams.

The Building Surveyor's role

The successful Building Surveyor will join a team of 20+ in London who cover both residential and commercial projects for an array of clients across the private and public sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor shall undertake a well-rounded role, carrying out both a traditional surveying and project bias role - ideal if you are looking to complete your APC.

The Building Surveyor

* Completed a RICS accredited/ Surveying degree

* MRICS would be ideal, not essential

* Previous experience working for a UK Building Consultancy

* Minimum of 3 years building surveying experience

* Residential project experience would be a plus

* Personable character

* Either have a traditional surveying or project bias background
