We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobilisation and Resourcing Manager to join our team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience from initial engagement through to the handover to our operations team once all carers are recruited. The successful candidate will work closely with our business development team to rapidly mobilize new clients and ensure their needs are met with the highest standards of care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Mobilisation: Work collaboratively with the business development team to transition new clients smoothly into our care system.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of carers to ensure timely and efficient staffing for new clients.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients, carers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve mobilisation processes to enhance speed and efficiency, ensuring that speed is a critical KPI.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all mobilisation activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Handover Coordination: Effectively manage the handover process to the operations team, ensuring all necessary information and resources are transferred accurately.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or barriers to mobilisation quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to client care.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Proven track record in client mobilisation, resource management, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
