We are looking for a Repairs Advisor to join our Housing Services team in Lewisham. As the first point of contact for residents, you will handle repair enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also provide administrative support to the Responsive Repairs Service, coordinating repair work orders and maintaining accurate system data.

• We are seeking a customer-focused Repairs Advisor with experience in a contact centre or housing repairs environment. The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent customer service skills and a "can-do" approach
• Strong administrative and data entry abilities
• Experience in handling repair-related enquiries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and housing systems
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
