Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist

Frimley Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, helping them improve or regain their functional abilities and independence.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for patients.
Provide advice, support, and education to patients, families, and carers regarding adaptive techniques, equipment, and home modifications.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records in line with trust policies and legal requirements.
Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered.
Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare setting, preferably within the NHS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.Additional Information:
The hourly rate for this position is £30.
Rooms are available for overnight stay if required, providing convenience for those traveling long distances.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
