Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
£25,000 - £30,000

Job Overview:

Are you an all-rounder with a proactive approach and a drive for career progression? We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Coordinator with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers excellent growth potential, leading to management opportunities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and speed.

Offload and book in deliveries using our ERP system (training provided if needed).

Make customer calls to schedule and confirm deliveries, ensuring excellent service.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

Assist with stock control and inventory management.

Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).

Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and adapt to different warehouse duties.

Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
