Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Bridgend

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum plus car allowance and additional benefits

Our client is looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join their team for a significant project in Bridgend. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to a wider team.

Site Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
Collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to the project schedule and specifications.
Conduct site surveys, set out control points, and ensure all work aligns with project plans.
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhere to safety regulations.
Site Engineer Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a site engineer in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
