A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Woking is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a senior role within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload, including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on complex private client issues.
• Business development and mentoring junior team members.

• 6+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
• Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive, team-focused, and commercially minded approach.
