This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of experienced consultants and administrators in a rewarding environment.What's on offer:- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum basic, DoE- Uncapped competitive commission structure- 24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays)- Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work (Up to 5 years)The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for;- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts on social media and job boards- Screen and Interview candidates and complete relevant checks- Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts- Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers- Screen and Interview candidates and complete relevant checks- Developing your business in the industrial sector - with a focus on quality over quantity- Consulting with clients and candidates to provide solutions to recruitment needs- Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships- Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clientsAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills;- You will be an experienced recruiter who is a self-motivated and a pro-active individual or if you have a sales background and looking for a career change this could be the right role for you- Outgoing and positive attitude is essential together with strong candidate attraction and business development skills- Highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure- Excellent communication skills dealing with people at all levels over the telephone and in person- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidatesIf you are interested in this Recruitment Consultant role, please apply now!
