Business Development Manager

Salary: £35,000 OTE
We're on the lookout for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across the wholesale sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business at the forefront of industry expansion, where your ideas and energy will have real impact.
What you'll be doing:
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region
Building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
Researching market trends to uncover opportunities and shape strategy
Presenting proposals that clearly demonstrate value and ROI
Working closely with internal teams to ensure top-notch delivery and client satisfaction
Monitoring performance and market activity, keeping everything on track
What we're looking for:
At least 2 year's experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role
Proven ability to hit (and exceed!) commercial targets
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-starter with a collaborative approach
