I am currently exclusively working with an impressive & innovative company based in the Lancaster area to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part time basis. Looking at a maximum of 4 days the business can be flexible based on the successful candidate.

The business is going through an exciting period of growth, with the diverse customer base reaching an all time high! They ae looking for an experienced and driven Accounts Assistant to manage the complex invoicing needs and provide support for the accounts function.

The team are diverse, hard working & all have a fab sense of humour so we are looking for someone that can slot into the team and do a great job!

Duties include:

• Accurate processing of supplier invoices
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Month end support
• Management of complex customer invoices
• Supplier payments
• Support with HR & Payroll

Skills required for success:

• Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
• Great communication skills
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with HR Admin & Payroll is desirable but not essential

What's on offer

• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 FTE
