Our client specializes in providing high-quality HVAC services and is looking to enhance their team with a dedicated and skilled Service Manager.The Service Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

• Extensive knowledge/experience in HVAC systems and services
• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (HND, HNC, BEng, etc.)
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency with HVAC software and management tools
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The Service Manager role will involve:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the service department
• Managing and scheduling service technicians and ensuring efficient workflow
• Ensuring all service calls and maintenance tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues
• Developing and implementing service policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on service performance metrics
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
