Teaching Assistant

Location: Rochdale

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Value Education is currently working with a Primary School in Rochdale, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the class teacher in lesson planning and delivery

* Prepare teaching materials and resources

* Facilitate group activities and discussions

* Provide individual and group support to students as needed

Requirements:

* Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required

* Passionate about promoting academic success for all students

* Strong communication skills, both oral and written

* Ability to establish professional relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues

* Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress

* Level 2 TA qualification or higher
