OVERVIEW

Redwood Search is delighted to be working with a Creative marketing agency to add to their sales team with an Ambitious Sales Executive. Contacting lapsed Accounts within a niche market sector. The company offers creative marketing strategies including video and printing to enable businesses to grow. This is a unique opportunity to work with influential organisations, helping them achieve their goals through strategic marketing initiatives. For this position you will work within a sales team and be supported by Creative Designers and Account Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target professional bodies and associations

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.

Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their challenges and recommend tailored marketing solutions.

2. Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers

Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's industry, goals, and pain points.

Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams to deliver on promises and expectations.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentations:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our suite of marketing solutions, including digital campaigns, content marketing, event sponsorships, and bespoke advertising options.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide clients with innovative solutions.

4. Reporting and Administration:

Accurately track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Provide feedback to internal teams about client needs, market trends, and product improvements.

Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build professional networks
