Job Title: Roofer / Multi-Trader
Pay: £200 per day (self-employed or PAYE option)
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: £21 per hour on a temp basis, moving to £26,000 per year when permanent

As the Roofer / Multi-Trader, you will enjoy:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Roof repair, maintenance, and installation
General property maintenance within social housing properties
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction in occupied residences
Requirements:

Experience in roofing and multi-trade tasks (bathroom fitting experience preferred)
Previous experience in social housing maintenance preferred
