Job Title: Teacher/Tutor
Location: Silverstone

Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed Teacher/Tutor to join our dedicated team, supporting students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. This full-time position involves planning and delivering an engaging curriculum to help each student reach their potential, fostering their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, individualized lessons that support students' learning and well-being.

* Build strong, respectful relationships with students, treating each with tolerance and professionalism.

* Work collaboratively with school staff to manage behavior positively, following school policies.

* Encourage pupil participation in all lessons and school-related activities.

* Plan and deliver inspiring curriculum content, assessing progress to continuously improve teaching.

* Attend school events and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

* Recognized teaching qualification and QTS (pre or post-16).

* Experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

* Knowledge of educational legislation and Ofsted requirements.

* Competent in using ICT, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
