?KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an excellent client based in Sunderland. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will have experience in a similar role, ideally had exposure to Sage and a good working knowledge of Excel.

• Weekly and monthly payroll, checking timesheets, processing and reconciling
• Reconciling bank
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts
• Accrual and prepayment
• Completing month end activities
• Preparing and posting journals
• Bank transfers
• Controlling and processing supplier payments
• Processing customers refunds and supplier payments
• Job costings
• Process improvement
• Maintaining accurate customer data base
