With significant growth opportunities they are now positioned to recruit a Head of HR to help develop a best-in-class function.The RoleAs an experienced and dynamic Head of HR you will lead the people strategy, drive employee engagement, and support an ambitious growth agenda whilst helping to foster a high-performance culture ensuring people thrive in a supportive environment. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policies, payroll, and learning & development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the employee experience key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needs
- Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent development
- Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulations
The Candidate
- CIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadership
- Passionate about employee engagement and driving continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Experience managing change and delivering HR solutions in a growing business
