RTL Group are looking for a Project Manager to work on behalf of a Tier 1 Principal Contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

As a Project Manager you will take overall responsibility for the construction project. Maintain and enhance relations with the client, professional team & subcontractors. Attend weekly client meetings and prepare progress reports for the client.

• Manage the cost of construction within the budget and preparation of variations to agree with the client and contractors.

• Manage: material & plant purchasing, labour & subcontractor organization, programming & planning, information flow, manage cost control, quality control, recording, reporting and administration, public and client relations, health & safety procedures

Requirements and essential skills:

* Experience working with Tier 1 Main contractors

* Experience working on large infrastructure schemes

* Experience with working on Bridges

* SMSTS/CSCS (Gold/Black)
