About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a KS1 Teacher at our school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils. You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and helping students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills in their early years of education. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applicants must hold QTS to be considered for this position.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience teaching KS1 or in a similar primary teaching role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to Safeguarding: All applicants must have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create stimulating and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of all students.
• Monitor and Assess Pupil Progress: Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to education and to participate in school-wide events and initiatives.
