Essential Requirements:

• BOHS P403 and P404/RSPH3 qualifications (P402 certification is a plus)
• Valid UK driving license with willingness to travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in IT and numeracy
• Thorough understanding of HSG:248 guidelines
• Confident in all duties associated with the Asbestos Analyst role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 4-stage clearance, smoke, background, visual air, re-occupation, and personal air testing
• Ensure compliance with UKAS regulations and best practices
• Produce on-site air quality reports
• Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and the public
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
