Job title: Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 (DOE)

Location: Dagenham

My client is looking for Account managers to join their team, you will be working closely with the wider Sales Team in developing new business and maintaining on-going relationships. The role requires excellent client service, strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the customer requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Managing client requirements from the start, through to completion
• Answering phone calls
• Responding to emails in a professional manner
• Creating accurate quotes, billing schedules and invoicing as required
• Learn products to advise alternatives

Attributes:

• Previous experience working in a customer relation role
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
