Lead Risk Pricing Analyst - Home Insurance

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Benefits

Location: Hybrid. 2-3 days p/wk in London office.

Your Role

Forecast growth and loss ratios to stay ahead of the market.
Build and refine risk models that optimise pricing performance.
Mentor and train team members to elevate the entire team.
Analyse large datasets to uncover insights that drive results.
Work with engineers to implement innovative solutions.
Provide analytical support for partnerships, regulatory needs, and reinsurance relationships.
Deliver pricing for the launch of new insurance products.Your Skills

Multiple years of insurance pricing experience in home insurance
Skilled in GLMs, ideally with WTW Emblem.
Expertise in WTW RADAR software for pricing analysis.
Strong data manipulation skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Proven experience in rating updates, performance monitoring, and optimisation.
A 2:1 degree in Maths, Physics, Econometrics, or another numerical field.
