LEEDS COLLEGE OF BUILDING
INCLUSIVE LEARNING ADVISOR
Hours: 37 per week, term-time only (40 weeks)
Salary: £27,303 - £28,893, per annum, pro rata

As an Inclusive Learning Advisor you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensuring thatreasonable adjustments are made.
In addition, you will have a role in advising and supporting our teaching staff in using inclusive teaching, learning and assessment practices to meet the needs of our students.
You will be a great communicator, creative problem solver, and have an in-depth understanding of SEND and reasonable adjustments. You will have the confidence to delivertraining to groups of teaching staff and time management skills to manage your own caseload.
Experience of the FE sector will be an advantage, as will experience of supporting disabled people in an educational setting.
