Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.  

Orion is partnered with a fast-paced, heavy industrial manufacturing company located in Kidderminster. We are recruiting for a confident and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong understanding of Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Reactive maintenance of medium & heavy plant machinery - CNC, Die casting machines, mills, compactors pelletizers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, relays etc..
Work from engineering drawings
Machinery installation & commissioning
PPM's
Line improvement tasks
Fault finding using PLC's
Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Required Experience :

CNC Machine tool knowledge and experience
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance of production machinery
Machinery installation
Machinery commissioning
PPMS & Reactive maintenance in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications from a recognised body
NVQ level 3 or BTEC L3 or equivalent
Electrical fault-finding skills
PLC experience
Machinery maintenance (PPM's and reactive)
Both mechanical & electrical machinery maintenance
FMCG or heavy industrial machinery experience
Continuous improvement projects
Strong communication skillsMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits:
