Europcar are looking for a Full Time Fleet Coordinator for their busy Bletchley location, working alongside an experienced team, delivering an excellent service to our customers.

This location is a busy hub for both consumer walk in customers and delivery and collections in the local area. The right candidate would benefit from fleet logistions / fleet planning experience, along with customer service, sales and admin background.

Assisting with, sourcing and allocating of vehicles based on customers booking requirements meeting service level agreements and targets. Communication is central to everything that we do and will require phone/email contact with the customers at all times.

Our fleet and its maintenance is at the heart of everything that we do, therefore accurate completion of all aspects of administration is vital. Running a fleet of over 350+ vehicles, cordinating the management of workshop vehicles, services, MOT's body repairs etc.

This role requires a committed and flexible indivudual who is able to react quickly to any given situation. Our office is a hive of activity and all staff work together as one team,. As such this position requires a variety of tasks to be undertaken, so no two days are ever the same.

Full clean Driving licence required - 4+ years experience
