Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN

Hourly Rate: £20 + paid breaks

36 hours per week, day shifts

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team on day shifts. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for providing high-quality care to older adults within a nursing home environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK NMC Pin as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Proven experience as a nurse in a nursing home or similar setting
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents
• Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards of care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
