Contracts Manager - Refurbishment Schemes (Student Accommodation)
Locations: London / Bristol

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee refurbishment schemes, specifically student accommodation projects across the UK. Our client's office in in Bristol however they have secured a few new projects London and Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile projects and lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage refurbishment projects from start to finish.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, and project delivery.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing 3-4 projects simultaneouly

* Previous experience managing RC Frame builds

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Willing to travel to projects nationally
