What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a Fantastic Team: You'll manage a talented group of early years practitioners, guiding them to provide the best care and learning experiences.
Driving Excellence: You'll be responsible for delivering top-quality education through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring every child's developmental needs are met.
Creating a Nurturing Environment: It's your job to maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.
Building Strong Relationships: Whether with children, parents, or staff, you'll cultivate an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, and open communication.

What We're Looking for:

Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential), with a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management being highly desirable.
Proven experience managing a nursery or early years setting with a deep understanding of the EYFS.
A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with children, parents, and staff.
An individual who is passionate about early years education and who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
