Project Coordinator

Location: Gloucester
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for engineering and manufacturing? Join our busy and dynamic team to play a key role in bridging the gap between sales, production, customers, and subcontract suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical advice, quotations, and schedule information to support customers in achieving their product requirements and deadlines.

* Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure business opportunities.

* Assist in meeting company sales and production targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Promote additional services to customers to fulfil their needs and grow sales.

* Coordinate project management activities, including monitoring scheduling capacity.

* Occasional external visits to group companies and customers.

Essential Experience:

* Previous project management experience.

* Knowledge of CNC machining processes.

* Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong people management and interpersonal skills.

* Interest in 3D printing processes.

Desirable Experience:

* CAD knowledge (Mini Magics, Solidworks, CATIA, or Spaceclaim).

* Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings.

Other Requirements:

* Manufacturing and/or engineering background.

* Excellent computer literacy.

* Team player with strong organisational skills.

* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Punctual and reliable.
