Our client has a 300 year old grade 2* listed to be retained, as this is listed as grade 2* this will need to be incorporated into the project. The stable building is also listed, this is currently being used as the site office this will then be converted to commercial office space.

* Phase 1 - 40% HA/Social Housing/completed the project then the client brought the next phases

* Phase 2 - RC Frame, block tower. Consisting of 158 units - 350 units total

* Project will be running till 2028
