Job Summary:

As a Marketing/Sales Officer at Verity Healthcare Ltd, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to achieve company objectives. This is a full-time, office-based position, where you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategic initiatives and develop creative solutions that support the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Support & Lead Generation:

* Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

* Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.

* Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

* Marketing Campaigns:

* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and social media).

* Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.

* Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

* Sales Reporting & Analytics:

* Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.

* Use CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.

* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

* Brand Development & Strategy:

* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

* Contribute to the development of long-term sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.

* Customer Relationship Management:

* Maintain strong relationships with current clients and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

* Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing and/or sales role, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Strong understanding of sales strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and sales initiatives.

Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is desirable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software

Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
