About the Role

My client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead facades remediation projects across the UK. Their projects cover a range of sectors, including: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Leisure & Entertainment, Warehouses, Rail, Residential and Retail.

Project values range from £500k to £15 million, offering an exciting variety of scopes and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all stages of facade remediation projects, from planning through to delivery.

* Oversee work on a variety of materials, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Conduct site visits across the UK, providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving.

* Ensure all projects align with current fire safety and building regulations.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Proven experience in facades remediation or refurbishment.

* Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and materials.

* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

* Ability to lead teams effectively, fostering collaboration and productivity.

* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
