Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Long-Term Role in Hyde, Tameside

Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification? Do you thrive in a nurturing, child-focused environment and feel confident taking the lead when needed? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!

A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Hyde, Tameside is looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years TA to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will run until the end of the academic year and is a perfect fit for someone who is confident, committed, and capable of stepping up to lead a class when required.

What's Involved:

Supporting children in their early stages of development across all areas of learning

Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of activities

Taking the lead in the classroom when needed

Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning space

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years practices

Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous classroom experience, ideally within EYFS, is highly desirable
