This opportunity is ideal for a qualified professional with 8-10 years PQE in residential conveyancing, looking for a flexible role with a blend of office and remote working.

The Role:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Provide expert legal guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and other modern technologies.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and remotely.
