Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northfleet, Kent (with travel to sites)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
Car allowance and additional benefits included

Our client, a leader in the commercial and retail construction industry, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage client valuations, cash flow forecasts, and monitoring

* Oversee accurate valuation, forecasting, and site preliminaries

* Ensure timely procurement of subcontractors and administration of contracts

* Handle subcontractor final accounts and ensure compliance with the Construction Act

* Provide timely and accurate documentation and reports

* Address any commercial threats and keep the Managing Surveyor informed

Requirements:

* Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification/experience

* Experience working with a Main Contractor

* Design and build experience

* Strong communication and commercial management skills

* Experience in commercial and retail construction (beneficial)
