As Property Inspector, you will be required to:
* Assist with debt collection and work with tenants and 3rd party agencies to resolve outstanding balances.
* Support the sales manager with the debt collection processes
* Schedule and conduct property inspections.
* Identify and report any necessary repairs or improvements.
* Provide clear and detailed reports to clients in a timely manner.
* Communicate inspection findings effectively with property owners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Candidate:
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel allowance provided).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
* Ability to identify safety hazards and structural issues.
* Confident, friendly, and approachable
* Proficient on CRM systems
