As a sortation operative. The state-of-the-art lines do 90% of the hard work. Your job will require you work in the sortation Cabin equipped with air con and nice radio for you to listen to while you work. You will be hand picking different types of plastics, from the lines and putting them in the correct bins for them to back through on the correct lines.
Shift pattern:
4 on 4 Off Day Shift 6:00am - 18:00pm £11.50ph
M-F Night Shift 19:00pm - 05:00am £12.20ph

Your Time at Work
As a sortation operative. The state-of-the-art lines do 90% of the hard work. They then require a human eye to catch what the machines have missed. You will be required to remove different coloured plastics from the sortation lines place them in bins provided ready for them to go on the correct line. The work will require you to stand at the sortation line throughout the duration of your shift.
This site is a busy faced paced environment so you will need to be someone who enjoys being active in a lively atmosphere.
