The CompanyA Marketing Technology Assistant is sought by a leading business services group with an enviable portfolio of FTSE 100 and Blue Chip clients. This organisation offers a broad range of services across international offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ambitious growth plans and continued profitable expansion within all markets and regions has created a new opportunity for a Marketing Technology Assistant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Technology Assistant

  • Preparing and sending of e-Marketing communications externally and internally.
  • Preparing reports on e-Marketing engagement.
  • Supporting training of the e-Marketing solution internally, including preparing training materials and guides.
  • LawNow (CMS subscription content service) support - this includes but is not limited to: preparing and sending of content, admin support for the overall processes, responding to and supporting UK lawyers who are preparing content.
  • Supporting on a variety of CRM system related tasks, including data clean up, marketing lists etc.
  • Providing administrative support to the various technology projects run by the CRM team.
  • Propose and implement improvements to processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the Marketing Operations team, including but not limited to: processing invoices & expenses, and organising & scheduling training and meetings.

Skills & Attributes of the Marketing Technology Assistant

  • Problem solver, detail oriented, pro-active and team worker.
  • Highly numerical with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational and prioritisation skills, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Understanding of the importance of data and the benefits of a data driven approach to marketing.
  • Have some experience from a marketing function, preferably with experience using e-Marketing solutions
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
