Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our client's private hospital pharmacy team in Sheffield. The role will involve working across various hospital wards on a rotational basis, providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital wards and the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and dispense medications to patients across various hospital wards
Advise on medication management and pharmaceutical care plans
Ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients
Provide support to medical staff in the management of drug therapy
Participate in ward rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
Monitor and manage any potential adverse drug reactions and interactions
Maintain accurate patient medication records
Essential Requirements:

Registered GPHC Clinical Pharmacist with relevant professional qualifications
Proven experience working in hospital wards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care
Full eligibility to work in the UK
