Job Title - 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location - Thorpe Astley, Leicestershire.

Salary: £35,000 basic salary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (early finishes on Fridays!)
Holiday: 28 days plus additional benefits

More Recruitment is Currently recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to Join our busy Leicester office.

We are based Meridian Business Park, Leicester. We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving sectors across the East Midlands area.

Job Role for the 360 Recruitment Consultant

* Resource candidates for various clients

* Develop relationships with new and existing clients to maximise on opportunities and develop a profitable desk

* Grow your client base and revenue through phone and face to face business development activity

* Ensure all your candidates are compliant to work

* On call will be involved in this role and this will be on a rota basis

* Individual targets and KPI's for consultants

* Advertising roles on various Job Boards & Social Media

We will work with yourself to develop your skills enabling you to progress within either sector.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would have

* Previous experience in recruitment

* Sales experience

* Client relationship building

* Great time management and organisation skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed.

Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years' experience working in an agency.
